Meeting with H.E. Ambassador Ihab Nasr, Assistant Foreign Minister for European Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt

On October 24, 2022 Mr. Mikheil Tigishvili, Chargé d'Affaires of Georgia to the Arab Republic of Egypt held a meeting with H.E. Ambassador Ihab Nasr, Assistant Foreign Minister for European Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

During the meeting, the sides discussed current issues on the agenda of bilateral relations and prospects for further deepening of cooperation.

During the discussion of the current situation in the occupied regions of Georgia within the framework of the meeting, the Egyptian side once again confirmed the unwavering position of official Cairo and its support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia.
