On October 18, 2026 the Embassy of Georgia in Cairo held an exhibition on the living culture of the three scripts of the Georgian alphabet.

Ambassador Nikoloz Apkhazava opened the exhibition, welcoming guests with a brief presentation on the history, cultural significance and unique concept of the Georgian alphabet.

The event was attended by members of the Egyptian government, representatives of cultural and educational sectors the diplomatic corps and mass media, as well as by Georgian students and members of the Georgian diaspora in Cairo.
